1. Shipping Scope
AlphaPep Lab, the fictitious name (DBA) of ALPHA BIOTECH HOLDINGS LLC ("AlphaPep Lab" or the "Company"), ships only within the United States of America. AlphaPep Lab does not ship internationally or to territories outside the United States.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days from payment confirmation, before being handed off to the carrier. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Carrier transit time is in addition to the processing time.
3. Carrier
AlphaPep Lab will use the carrier of its choosing to ship orders, at its sole discretion, to ensure the most efficient delivery appropriate to the nature of the Products. AlphaPep Lab may change carriers at any time without prior notice.
4. Jurisdictional Restrictions
It is the Customer's sole responsibility to verify that the purchase, possession, and receipt of the Products is lawful in the Customer's destination state or locality. AlphaPep Lab reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order destined for jurisdictions where the sale or possession of certain research compounds is restricted or prohibited by state or local law. AlphaPep Lab assumes no liability if the Customer orders a Product whose receipt is unlawful in the Customer's jurisdiction.
5. Packaging and Cold Chain
Products that require special temperature conditions will be packaged with the necessary refrigeration materials for transport. The Customer is responsible for promptly receiving the order and storing the Product according to the instructions provided immediately upon receipt, in order to preserve its integrity.
6. Age Verification at Delivery
Because purchase of the Products is restricted to individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older under AlphaPep Lab's Terms and Conditions, the carrier may require an adult signature at the time of delivery, depending on the shipping service used.
7. Order Tracking
Once an order is dispatched, AlphaPep Lab will provide the Customer with a tracking number via the email address registered to the Customer's account. The Customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment's status using that tracking number.
8. Transfer of Risk and Title
Risk of loss and title to the Products transfer to the Customer at the moment the carrier confirms delivery of the shipment to the address provided by the Customer. Pursuant to Section 7 of AlphaPep Lab's Terms and Conditions, the Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after the carrier confirms delivery.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
If the tracking system indicates that a package was delivered but the Customer did not receive it, the Customer must report it to AlphaPep Lab within forty-eight (48) hours of the delivery confirmation, consistent with the timeframe established in the Return and Refund Policy. AlphaPep Lab may, at its discretion, assist the Customer in filing a claim with the carrier, but does not guarantee the outcome of such claim or assume liability for packages confirmed as delivered.
10. Accuracy of Shipping Address
The Customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. AlphaPep Lab assumes no liability for orders not delivered, or delivered incorrectly, due to incomplete, outdated, or incorrect address information provided by the Customer. Consistent with the Return and Refund Policy, orders correctly delivered to an address incorrectly provided by the Customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
11. Shipping Delays
Transit times are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. AlphaPep Lab is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. Products Damaged Upon Delivery
If a Product arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken security seal, the Customer must follow the claims process established in AlphaPep Lab's Return and Refund Policy, including the forty-eight (48) hour timeframe and the required photographic evidence.
13. Relationship to the Terms and Conditions
This Shipping Policy forms an integral part of AlphaPep Lab's Terms and Conditions and should be read together with that document and with the Return and Refund Policy.
14. Local Pickup
Where AlphaPep Lab offers local pickup, eligibility is limited to the ZIP codes listed at checkout, and the option appears only when the Customer's verified shipping address falls within one of them. Pickup is offered at AlphaPep Lab's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
The pickup address is disclosed by email once payment has been confirmed, and is not published on the Site. Orders are available for collection during the posted pickup window, Monday through Friday, and the Customer must present the order number. Sections 5, 6 and 8 of this Policy apply to a pickup order in the same manner as to a shipped order, except that risk and title transfer to the Customer at the moment the order is collected. Sections 7, 9 and 11 do not apply, as no carrier is engaged.
