AlphaPep Lab is the fictitious name (DBA) under which ALPHA BIOTECH HOLDINGS LLC operates, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida ("AlphaPep Lab," "we," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect the personal information of individuals who visit our website, create an account, or make a purchase (the "Site"). •Communications information: messages the user sends through contact forms, email, or the waitlist/email capture form.
•Affiliate program information: if the user participates as a Vendor or Seller Recruiter, we collect contact information, payment data via Zelle, and the commission history associated with the user's unique affiliate code.

We use the information collected to: process orders and payments; verify user age and eligibility; send order confirmations and shipping updates; respond to Customer inquiries; operate the affiliate program, including calculating and paying commissions; send marketing communications when the user has authorized them; prevent fraud and protect the security of the Site; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Site, including payment processors (Zelle, Coinbase Commerce, PaymentCloud), AlphaPep Lab's banking institution, shipping and logistics providers, and web analytics providers. These providers are authorized to use personal information solely to deliver the services contracted by AlphaPep Lab, and are subject to their own privacy policies.
5. Information Shared with Affiliates
Vendors and Seller Recruiters in AlphaPep Lab's affiliate program do NOT receive access to Customers' personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email, or payment information). Affiliates only receive aggregated data related to sales volume and commissions generated through their unique affiliate link or code.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember user preferences, maintain account sessions, and analyze Site usage for improvement purposes. Users may configure their browser to reject cookies; however, some Site features may not function properly without them.

AlphaPep Lab operates in the United States and stores and processes personal information primarily in the United States. If the user accesses the Site from outside the United States, the user acknowledges that their information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
